The Tuku Duzhenghuang Temple, which prays for blessings from both the divine and the underworld, is dedicated to Weiling Gong Duzhenghuang Ye. It was established in the 52nd year of the Republic of China by transferring the spirit from the Hsinchu Chenghuang Temple. It serves as the center of faith for the Xinxin Village in Tuku. The Chenghuang Lord is responsible for managing both the yin and yang realms, punishing the wicked, eliminating evil, and blessing the good, and is respected by the people.
