The rice bread expert Le Mi Workshop was originally established as the Fong Shun Rice Mill in 1949. Its name comes from the French word for rice, Le riz. In 2011, it transformed into Yunlin's first rice bread factory, run jointly by the second and third generations, specializing in rice-based baking.
