Tuku Shuncheng Oil Factory Introduction
The purity of sesame oil lies in its rich aroma as it glides down the throat. Mr. Wang Jinchang, the original master chef, has always adhered to his initial philosophy throughout his life—"to find a suitable cooking sesame oil that is fragrant but not overly dry." Thus, he established the oil factory and has persisted in this pursuit. In addition to the rich and authentic sesame oil, the Po Sauce series is also an exquisite selection not to be missed. Shuncheng Oil Factory was founded in the 1940s, a traditional sesame oil shop established by a master chef. The founder, Mr. Wang Jinchang, originally from Douliu, Yunlin, was very particular about cooking, so he attempted to create the sesame oil he desired. From meticulously selecting raw materials, roasting to the right degree, to cooking timing, after gaining public recognition, the master chef dedicated himself to making sesame oil. He believed that with consistent and careful efforts, success would follow, hence naming it "Shuncheng Oil Factory." In recent years, in addition to maintaining traditional cold-pressed oil, the factory has continuously developed new products, including flavored oils, popsicles, sesame paste, grain powder, and peanut candy, hoping that this old shop can keep pace with the times.
