Located in the professional livestock area of Kouhu Township, Good Shrimp Guy is led by Li Fuzheng and consists of eight members born in the 1970s. They have transformed an idle pigsty into an ideal kingdom for ecological shrimp farming. With a strong belief, love for their hometown, and a vision to bring change, they abandon conventional farming methods to raise safe and healthy good shrimp. After overcoming failures, they successfully cultivated a batch of good shrimp that received numerous accolades from food enthusiasts, with eye-catching prices, boosting the confidence of this team to further pursue ecological farming practices. Salt Worker Meal: Good Shrimp Salt Worker Meal features locally farmed white shrimp with a production history and source-tracing. The side dishes are adjusted according to the seasons and include fresh and sweet white shrimp with a production history, seasonal stir-fried cabbage or golden kimchi, sausages, shrimp cakes, and other locally selected ingredients.
