Good Shrimp Crazy Man Society Introduction
Located in the professional livestock area of Kouhu Township, the "Good Shrimp Jiong Man" is a collaborative effort led by Li Fuzheng and eight other post-1980s graduates, who have transformed an idle pig shed into an ideal kingdom for ecological shrimp farming. Driven by a belief, love for their hometown, and a desire to bring about change, they abandoned conventional farming methods to insist on raising safe and healthy shrimp. Rising from failures, they successfully cultivated a batch of high-quality shrimp, which received much praise from food enthusiasts and achieved impressive prices, boosting the confidence of this group of "Good Shrimp Jiong Men" to move towards ecological farming practices. They hope to gather the passion and vitality of the youth, convey the beauty of their hometown through good shrimp, promote correct consumption methods, and, most importantly, learn to coexist peacefully with nature, rediscovering the fertile land of their memories. Salt Worker Lunch Box: The "Good Shrimp Salt Worker Lunch Box" features white shrimp farmed in-house with traceability and source control as its main ingredient, accompanied by seasonal side dishes. The fresh and sweet white shrimp is complemented by seasonal stir-fried cabbage, golden pickled vegetables, local sausage, shrimp crackers, and other meticulously selected local ingredients. All lunch boxes are made with Taiwanese rice and seasonal vegetables, creating delicious and safe specialty salt worker lunch boxes.
