Located in the professional livestock area of Kouhu Township, the Good Shrimp Boys' Society, led by Li Fuzheng and consisting of eight members from the 1990s generation, has transformed an idle pigsty into an ideal kingdom for eco-friendly shrimp farming. With a belief, a love for their hometown, and a hope to bring change, they abandoned conventional farming methods to insist on raising safe and healthy shrimp. Rising from their failures, they successfully cultivated a batch of quality shrimp, which received much praise from food lovers and commanded impressive prices, boosting their confidence in pursuing ecological farming methods. They hope to gather the enthusiasm and vigor of youth, conveying the beauty of their hometown through good shrimp, promoting correct consumption methods, and, most importantly, learning to coexist peacefully with the earth to reclaim the memories of their fertile homeland. Saltwork Bento: The Good Shrimp Saltwork Bento highlights the quality white shrimp cultivated with traceable production records, accompanied by seasonal side dishes such as fresh, sweet white shrimp; stir-fried cabbage or golden kimchi, sausage, shrimp chips, and other locally sourced ingredients based on the season. The bento is made with Taiwanese rice and seasonal vegetables, creating a delicious and安心 (safe to eat) characteristic saltwork bento. Salted Goodies: Dried shrimp and fresh shrimp rice noodles.
