Located in the professional livestock area of Kouhu Township, the Good Shrimp Bros is led by a group of eight individuals from the 1980s, with Li Fujheng at the helm. They transformed an unused pigsty into an ideal kingdom for eco-friendly shrimp farming. Driven by a strong belief, love for their hometown, and a desire to bring change, they abandoned conventional farming practices to cultivate safe and healthy shrimp. Rising from previous failures, they successfully produced a batch of shrimp that received much acclaim from food enthusiasts, with impressive prices that boosted the confidence of the Good Shrimp Bros to pursue ecological farming methods. They hope to ignite the passion and vitality of the youth through shrimp, showcasing the beauty of their hometown and promoting responsible consumption. More importantly, they aim to learn to coexist harmoniously with the land and reclaim the fertile soil of their memories. Salt Worker Bento: The Good Shrimp Salt Worker Bento features domestically raised white shrimp with traceable production and sales history as the main dish, paired with seasonal side dishes. It includes fresh and sweet white shrimp with production records, sautéed seasonal cabbage or golden pickles, sausages, shrimp crackers, and other locally sourced ingredients. The bento is made with Taiwanese rice and seasonal vegetables, creating delicious and安心 (安心 means "assured" in the context of food safety) specialty salt worker bento.
