Located in the professional livestock area of Kouhu Township, Good Shrimp Jiong Man Association, led by Li Fuzheng and composed of eight graduates from the 1990s, has transformed an idle pigsty into an ideal kingdom for eco-friendly shrimp farming. Driven by a strong belief, love for their hometown, and a desire to bring change, they have abandoned conventional farming methods and committed to producing safe and healthy shrimp. After rising from past failures, they successfully cultivated a batch of high-quality shrimp that received praise from many gourmets and fetched impressive prices, boosting their confidence in moving towards ecological farming practices. They hope to inspire youth passion and vitality through their shrimp, conveying the beauty of their hometown and promoting correct consumption methods, while also learning to live in harmony with nature and rediscovering the fertile land of their memories. Salt Worker Bento: The Good Shrimp Salt Worker Bento features locally farmed white shrimp that come with production and sales traceability as the main dish, with side dishes that change with the seasons, including fresh and sweet white shrimp with traceability, seasonal stir-fried cabbage or golden pickled vegetables, sausages, shrimp chips, and other locally sourced ingredients. All bento meals are made with Taiwanese rice and seasonal local vegetables, creating delicious and assuredly safe specialty Salt Worker Bentos.
