Wandi is located along the Beigang River in Shuilin Township. This area, being close to the estuary of the Beigang River and having a wide floodplain, has abundant food sources such as fish, shrimp, and shellfish, making it very suitable for waterfowl habitation. Several species of birds have been recorded in the Wandi wetland, including Black-headed Gulls, Black Terns, Godwits, Sandpipers, Grey Herons, and Teals, making the birdwatching resources quite rich. Relevant authorities are currently planning to establish this area as a birdwatching theme area and a wetland ecological conservation zone. Wandi is near the estuary of the Beigang River, and there are plans for a cycling path; the surrounding area features painted motifs, allowing for cycling or leisurely strolls in the future, providing an opportunity to enjoy the most relaxing leisure time.

Relevant authorities are currently planning to develop this area into a birdwatching theme park and a wetland conservation area. Wendi is near the estuary of Beigang River, and a bicycle path is currently under planning. There are also painted designs in the surrounding area, making it a great place for cycling or strolling in the future, allowing visitors to enjoy the most relaxing leisure time.
