Crescent Bay Introduction
South of the Xuankong Mountain Visitor Center is the area of Sun Moon Lake. Here, the Sun Moon Lake Bicycle Path has been established, featuring rich ecology and diverse forest scenery. On sunny days, you can also see the distant Cien Pagoda. Since boats do not operate in this water area, it is very suitable for cycling or walking to enjoy a moment of tranquility. The national rowing championships held every summer take place in the crescent bay of Sun Moon Lake. If you see a rowing competition here, feel free to cheer for the contestants.
