Three-eye well Introduction

The Three-Eyed Well, located in the Nanshan settlement of Guninagtou, is an essential public space in the early life of local residents. This ancient well is ingeniously designed with three water extraction holes in a shape resembling the Chinese character for "product," allowing three people to draw water simultaneously. It is one of the few traditional wells in Kinmen. The Three-Eyed Well not only resolved the issue of many people drawing water but also became an important place for villagers to do laundry, chat, and interact, showcasing a rich culture of everyday life. To this day, it quietly stands in the village, narrating the diligent and wise living patterns of the people of Kinmen.
