Dafeng Folk Rice Dumplings Introduction
The key to the deliciousness of Dafeng Minsu Rice Dumplings comes from the carefully selected rice cultivated from the Dafeng Rice Mill, which offers crystal-clear glutinous rice sourced from the Zhuoshui River. The new rice is first aged for six months and then stir-fried slowly in a large pot over low heat, ensuring even distribution of heat.
