Kaiying Indigenous Workshop Introduction

Teacher Kaiying has learned traditional weaving and embroidery from the elders of her tribe since childhood, accumulating remarkable skills over time. She is dedicated to the inheritance and promotion of tribal culture, making every effort to deepen the cultural roots of her community and enhance her aesthetic cultivation. She seizes every resource and opportunity for continuous learning. On the walls of her studio, you can see neatly arranged certificates from design courses both domestically and internationally. Behind the colorful Indigenous attire, there are rich collections of資料 on Indigenous cultural history and works in the bookshelf. The small Kaiying Indigenous Culture Studio, under Teacher Kaiying's persistence, has gradually accumulated energy and strength. Today, it focuses on various Indigenous cultural art pieces, including cross-stitching, traditional Indigenous costumes, and improved tribal custom garments and accessories, weaving the cultural symbols of the Amis people through needle and thread, passing them down bit by bit.
