The owner shared that she has been in this business since graduating from high school, and it’s hard to believe that it has been decades. A recommended way to enjoy their food is to order Tien Bula with a bit of spiciness; after finishing the substantial ingredients, you can ask the staff for a bowl of soup. The sauce and hot soup mix in your mouth, creating an incredible flavor. What sets them apart from others is their unique sauce and soup; the sauce has a yellow-brown color and tastes a bit like miso, although it looks nothing like it. The chili sauce is made by the owner during the summer, as the peppers are said to be better in that season. The soup is made by simmering small shrimp.
