The sauce and hot soup mix in your mouth, creating an incredible flavor. What sets them apart from others is their sauce and soup; the sauce is a yellow-brown color, tasting somewhat like miso but looking nothing like it. Additionally, the chili sauce is made by the owner during the summer, as summer peppers are said to be better; the soup is made using small shrimp.
