Ocean Ramen Introduction

The flavor that evokes hometown nostalgia, Ocean Ramen is a restaurant that serves authentic hometown tastes both for oneself and for the people of Taiwan. Mr. Tanaka, who was born in Fukuoka, Japan, grew up eating Hakata ramen. He came to Taiwan at the age of 23 for work and fell in love with Taiwan's weather and hospitality, but he couldn't find the familiar taste of ramen. Missing it dearly, he decided to make it himself. He apprenticed under a Japanese master chef to learn the craft. The essence of Japanese ramen lies in the broth and the noodles. The rich broth requires at least 8 hours of continuous simmering, while the noodles must be quickly cooked in boiling water.
