Dai Hai Ramen Introduction

Flavor is the best way to evoke feelings of home, and Ocean Ramen is a place that offers authentic hometown tastes, both for its owner and for the people of Taiwan. Born in Fukuoka, Japan, Mr. Tanaka grew up eating Hakata ramen. At the age of 23, he came to Taiwan for work, enjoying the weather and warm hospitality, but he struggled to find the familiar taste of ramen. Missing it deeply, he decided to make it himself. Thus, he apprenticed under a Japanese master chef to learn the art of ramen-making. The essence of Japanese ramen lies in its broth and noodles. The rich broth requires over 8 hours of continuous simmering, while the noodles need to be quickly cooked in boiling water.
