Yuan Night Market Duck Noodle - Zhongzheng Branch Introduction

Jian Guo Park is a well-known senior citizens' park in Hsinchu City, which was once a bustling night market. Over thirty years ago, there were no less than forty stalls, and one unnamed noodle stall became the predecessor of today's "Original Night Market Duck Noodle." At that time, the city government decided to relocate the night market to Dongmen Market to improve the urban environment and traffic. Due to dissatisfaction with the high rent charged by the city government, the owner sought another location and set up a sign on Central Road. To make it easier for old customers to find it, it was named "Original Night Market Duck Noodle." In recent years, the business has flourished, and a branch of "Original Night Market Duck Noodle" was opened on Zhongzheng Road. The food in the restaurant is divided into two main categories: boiled and stir-fried. There are duck noodles, offal, duck blood, duck intestines, and more. Eating duck noodles while they are hot is essential, so the owner emphasizes that the duck noodles served must be piping hot. The duck is not boiled but steamed, and the broth used for the duck noodles is made from the juice extracted while steaming the duck, ensuring a delicious and rich flavor. Dishes like stir-fried duck blood and stir-fried offal are also popular favorites in the restaurant.
