Jian Guo Park is a famous senior citizen park in Hsinchu City, which used to be a bustling night market. At that time, the city government decided to relocate the night market to Dongmen Market to improve the city's appearance and traffic, but the owner was unhappy with the high stall rental fees charged by the government and sought another location, setting up a sign on Zhongyang Road. To help old customers find it, it was named "Original Night Market Duck Noodle." In recent years, business has flourished, and a branch of "Original Night Market Duck Noodle" has opened on Zhongzheng Road. The food in the store is divided into two main categories: cooked and stir-fried. They offer duck noodles, offal, duck blood, duck intestines, etc. Eating the duck noodles hot is the best approach, so the owner emphasizes that the duck noodles must be served extremely hot. The duck is not boiled but steamed, and the broth used for the duck noodles is made from the juice extracted during the steaming process, ensuring the soup's deliciousness. Dishes like stir-fried duck blood and stir-fried offal are also well-regarded items on the menu.
