RT Bakery Introduction

In June 1993, RT was born in the kitchen of a home, starting with an oven. It was initially named Delicate Pastry House, later changed to its current name, RT Bakery. RT's production facility is very hygienic, clean, bright, spacious, and designed for smooth workflow. The staff, working in a great environment, use the best ingredients and have the most joyful mindset to produce top-quality products. The machines used by RT include a Japanese ultrasonic cutter, a German rounding machine, a Dutch flash freezer, an American mixer, and a Swedish oven, all of which are world-class equipment. The pastries in RT Bakery are exceptionally diverse and varied. Cakes, cheese, mousses, petit fours, and other treats come in a multitude of styles that dazzle the eyes. Among them, the "petit four" is a bite-sized treat made with solid, high-quality ingredients that leave a lasting flavor. "Petit" comes from the French word for "small"; "Petits Four Variés" refers to various small tarts of different flavors. Additionally, the Black Forest mousse has a rich chocolate aroma that fills the mouth, while the palate enjoys the mousse's creamy smoothness. Travelers who come to Hsinchu and love desserts must not miss this place.
