RT Bakery Introduction

In June of 1993, RT was born in a home kitchen starting with an oven. Initially named "House of Exquisite Pastries," it was later changed to its current name, "RT Bakery." The production facility of RT is a very hygienic, clean, bright, and spacious working environment with a smooth workflow. Staff work in this good environment with pleasant feelings and the best ingredients to produce the highest quality products. The machinery used at RT includes a Japanese ultrasonic slicer, a German rounder, a Dutch rapid freezer, an American mixer, and a Swedish oven—these are all world-class equipment. The bakery offers a rich variety of snacks. Cakes, cheesecakes, mousses, petits fours, and baked goods come in numerous styles that dazzle the eyes. Among them, "petits fours" are just the right size, made with solid, high-quality ingredients that leave a lingering taste. "Petits" is translated from French, meaning "small"; "Petits Fours Variés" refers to various small tarts of different flavors. Additionally, the Black Forest mousse is filled with rich chocolate aroma, indulgently enveloping the senses; the mousse is smooth and creamy on the palate.
