RT Bakery Introduction
In June 1993, RT was born in a home kitchen, starting with just one oven. Initially named "Exquisite Pastry House," it was later changed to the current name, "RT Bakery." The production facility of RT is a hygienic, clean, bright, and spacious environment with a smooth workflow. Workers create the best quality products with the best ingredients in a positive working environment. RT utilizes state-of-the-art equipment, including a Japanese ultrasonic cutting machine, a German rounder, a Dutch rapid freezer, an American mixer, and a Swedish oven, all of which are world-class facilities. The pastries at RT Bakery are diverse and abundant, including cakes, cheesecakes, mousses, petits fours, and baked goods, offering a visual feast. Among them, the "petits fours" are perfectly bite-sized, made with solid ingredients that leave a lasting flavor. "Petits" is derived from the French word meaning "small"; Petits Four Variés refers to various flavored small tarts. The Black Forest mousse, rich in chocolate aroma, fills the senses, while the mousse provides a creamy and smooth texture on the palate. Travelers visiting Hsinchu who love desserts must not miss out.
