RT Bakery Introduction
In June 1993, RT was born in a home kitchen starting with an oven. Initially named the House of Exquisite Pastries, it was later renamed to its current name, RT Bakery. RT's production facility is a hygienic, clean, bright, and spacious environment with a smooth workflow. Staff work in a positive atmosphere, using the best ingredients to create top-quality products. The equipment used by RT includes a Japanese ultrasonic cutting machine, a German rounder, a Dutch flash freezer, an American mixer, and a Swedish oven, all of which are world-class equipment. The bakery offers a rich and diverse selection of treats, including cakes, cheesecakes, mousses, petits fours, and various pastries that are visually stunning. Among them, the "petits fours" are perfectly sized bites made with high-quality ingredients that leave a lasting impression. The term "petits" is derived from French, meaning "small"; "Petits Four Variés" refers to various flavored small tarts. Additionally, the Black Forest mousse is filled with rich chocolate aroma, providing a delightful tasting experience. Travelers to Hsinchu who love desserts must not miss out on this.
