RT Bakery Introduction
In June 1993, RT was born in the family kitchen with the help of an oven. It was initially named "Exquisite Pastry House" and later changed to its current name, "RT Bakery." The production facility of RT is a very hygienic, clean, bright, and spacious working environment with a smooth workflow. Staff work happily in this good environment, using the finest ingredients to create high-quality products. RT employs world-class equipment such as a Japanese ultrasonic cutting machine, a German rounding machine, a Dutch rapid freezer, an American mixer, and a Swedish oven. The snacks in the bakery are diverse and abundant, including cakes, cheesecakes, mousses, Pâtés, and baked goods, leaving patrons dazzled by the variety. Among them, "Pâté" is a single bite of substantial, high-quality ingredients that leaves a lasting impression. "Pâté" is translated from the French term "Petits," meaning "small"; "Petits Four Variées" are small tarts of various flavors. Additionally, the Black Forest mousse is filled with a rich chocolate aroma that tantalizes the senses, and the silky smoothness of the mousse is a pleasure on the palate. Travelers visiting Hsinchu who love desserts must not miss this spot.
