This steak house, which claims to have been operating in Hsinchu City for over 20 years, has an owner who started as an apprentice and has an unmatched dedication to steak. The restaurant is located close to the Science Park, and based on the consistent patronage from engineers known for their discerning taste, it's clear why this place has been around for so long. Regardless of the evolving tastes in food—whether westernized, European, or Japanese—the owner of Beef Pavilion has remained steadfast. Without a genuine passion and expertise for steak, they would have been outdated long ago.
