It elegantly sits amidst the bustling traffic of Minquan Road, its fresh and simple exterior standing out amid the surrounding residential buildings. The owner started from scratch, driven by a dream of creating French pastries, even going abroad to refine their skills, eventually crafting a variety of exquisite and delicious desserts displayed in the window. The desserts not only boast perfect flavors but also capture attention with their stunning appearances. "Flame" features a striking bright red color, enveloping a multi-layered flavor of rose and raspberry; the "Lemon" boasts a perfect likeness in appearance, with a bursting sweet and sour filling reminiscent of the taste of love; the exclusive éclair comes in a colorful array of flavors that makes choosing a challenge. Paired with the special Zhu Lu Oolong tea, created in collaboration with tea farmers from Alishan, the tea’s fragrant aroma gently complements the sweetness of the desserts, making it an exquisite French pairing.
