2022 Taiwan Cup Tasting Champion. "Chi Huan Coffee," a Japanese-style tea house in Chiayi, has just moved from Bao'an Market to Minquan Road. With a new Japanese tea house style, it faces a park green space, offering a much more spacious environment compared to before. On opening day, guests flowed in and out, and a large red poster on the café wall read: "Congratulations! Lin Chen-jia won the championship of the 2022 WCE World Cup Tasters Championship Taiwan selection." The whole café was filled with festive joy! Cup Tasting Champion Lin Chen-jia is the owner of Chi Huan Coffee, "Aqi." He developed a love for coffee in high school and fully committed to the professional coffee field. In 2018, he established Chi Huan Coffee, one of the few professional coffee shops in Chiayi that offers hand-brewed, espresso, AeroPress, cold brew, and cold drip coffee. Enjoying the sight of Aqi making coffee at the bar is a delightful experience. Aqi's roasting skills are also impressive; the legendary "hidden cinnamon roll of Chiayi Market" is a creation from Chi Huan, known for its generous ingredients, fondly nicknamed "manly flavor cinnamon roll" by locals. Occasionally, there are also hazelnut cocoa rolls, Tieguanyin tea rolls, sesame rolls, toast, dacquoise, tiramisu, pudding, and more. Freshly made daily, in limited supply.
