Chi Huan Cafe Introduction

The 2022 Taiwan Cup Brewing Champion. "Qi Huān Coffee," a Japanese-style tea house in Chiayi, has just moved from the Bao'an Market to Minquan Road, offering a new style of Japanese tea house directly facing a park area, with a much more spacious environment than before. On opening day, guests flocked in continuously, and a large red paper was posted on the café wall saying: "Congratulations! Lin Chen-chia won the championship at the 2022 WCE World Cup Brewers Cup Taiwan selection." The whole store was festive! The brewing champion, Lin Chen-chia, is the proprietor "Aqi" of Qi Huān Coffee. He has loved coffee since high school and has completely committed his life to the professional coffee field. In 2018, he founded Qi Huān Coffee, one of the few professional coffee shops in Chiayi that can simultaneously offer hand-brewed, espresso, Aeropress, cold brew, and cold drip coffee. Enjoying coffee made by Aqi while sitting at the bar is a delightful experience. Aqi's roasting skills are also noteworthy, and the rumored "hidden version of cinnamon rolls from Chiayi Market" is produced by Qi Huān, known for its generous ingredients, lovingly nicknamed "manly flavored cinnamon rolls" by locals. Occasionally, there are also hazelnut cocoa rolls, Tieguanyin tea rolls, sesame rolls, toast, dacquoises, tiramisu, pudding, and more. All are freshly made daily and in limited supply.
