Qi Huan Coffee Introduction
The champion of the 2022 Taiwan Cup Coffee Taster's Championship, "Ki Huan Coffee," has just relocated from the Bao'an Market to Minquan Road in Chiayi. This Japanese-style coffee shop, facing a green park, offers a much more open environment and space than before. On the opening day, guests flowed in continuously, and the walls of the café were adorned with large red paper stating: Congratulations! Lin Chen-Chia won the championship at the 2022 WCE World Cup Coffee Taster's Championship Taiwan selection. The entire shop was filled with joy! The coffee tasting champion, Lin Chen-Chia, is the owner of Ki Huan Coffee, referred to as "A-Qi." He has been passionate about coffee since high school and fully immersed himself in the professional coffee field. In 2018, he established Ki Huan Coffee, one of the few professional coffee shops in Chiayi that offers hand drip, espresso, AeroPress, cold brew, and iced drip. Sitting at the bar and watching A-Qi make coffee is truly enjoyable. A-Qi's roasting skills are also exceptional; the legendary "Hidden Cinnamon Roll of Chiayi Market" is produced by Ki Huan, known for its generous ingredients, and is affectionately referred to by locals as "the manly cinnamon roll." Occasionally, there are also hazelnut cocoa rolls, Tieguanyin tea rolls, sesame rolls, toasts, dacquoise, tiramisu, puddings, and more, all made fresh daily and in limited supply.
