The cup tasting champion Lin Chen-Chia is the owner of Qi Huan Coffee, "Aqi." He has loved drinking coffee since high school and has completely devoted his life to the professional coffee industry. He founded Qi Huan Coffee in 2018, making it one of the few professional coffee shops in Chiayi that serves hand-brewed, espresso, AeroPress, cold brew, and iced drip coffee. Sitting at the bar watching Aqi make coffee is a truly enjoyable experience. Aqi's roasting skills are also remarkable, and the so-called "Chiayi Market Hidden Version Cinnamon Roll" is produced by Qi Huan, known for its generous ingredients and fondly dubbed by locals as the "Manly Flavor Cinnamon Roll."
