Qihuan Coffee Introduction
The 2022 Taiwan Cup Cupping Champion. "Qihuan Coffee," a Japanese-style tea shop in Chiayi, has just moved from the Bao'an Market to Minquan Road, featuring a new style that is right across from a park green space, providing a much more spacious environment than before. On opening day, guests flowed in continuously, and a large red paper was posted on the café wall stating: Congratulations! Lin Chen-chia has won the 2022 WCE World Cup Cupping Championship Taiwan Selection. The entire shop is filled with festive cheer! The cupping champion, Lin Chen-chia, is the owner of Qihuan Coffee, known as "Aqi." He has loved coffee since high school and has fully immersed himself in the professional coffee field. In 2018, he founded Qihuan Coffee, making it one of the few professional coffee shops in Chiayi that offers hand-brewed, espresso, AeroPress, cold brew, and Japanese-style iced coffee all at once. Enjoying coffee prepared by Aqi at the bar is a delightful experience. Aqi's roasting skills are also impressive, with the legendary "hidden version cinnamon rolls of Chiayi Market" being produced by Qihuan, known for its generous ingredients, and nicknamed "manly cinnamon rolls" by locals. Occasionally, there are also hazelnut cocoa rolls, Tieguanyin tea rolls, sesame rolls, toasts, dacquoise, tiramisu, pudding, and more. Freshly made daily and available in limited quantities.
