Doggy Cake is a specialty store that sells baked egg cakes, inspired by the owner's sausage dog. However, the owner clarifies that this is not the case! Initially, the idea was simply to incorporate German sausages into the egg cake, creating a street food different from traditional hot dogs. The owner designed the dog's shape and had a factory create a 3D mold, resulting in the one-of-a-kind Doggy Cake in Taiwan. To make a snack suitable for both adults and children that is healthy and delicious, Doggy Cake is particularly meticulous about its ingredients, using unsalted fermented butter from the French Eiffel brand, special flour from Japan, fresh milk from Chiayi's Green Ying, and carefully selected eggs. The texture is also completely different from typical egg cakes, with a unique appearance and taste. The owner is especially proud of the newly developed "Turkey Rice Doggy Cake," which rolls pre-made turkey rice as filling into the egg cake. One might wonder what it tastes like before trying it, but the surprise upon tasting it is that it's not only delicious but also filling.
