Doggy Cake. This specialty cake shop began with the idea of making a unique street food by combining German sausage with cake, rather than a connection to their dachshund. The owner originally aimed to create something different from a traditional hot dog by baking it into a cake. They designed a dog shape and had it 3D printed at a factory, resulting in the one-of-a-kind Doggy Cake found only in Taiwan. To ensure the treats are healthy and delicious for both adults and kids, Doggy Cake is particularly selective about its ingredients, using French Eiffel brand unsalted fermented butter, Japanese special cake flour, Chiayi Green Fresh Milk, and carefully washed eggs. The texture is entirely different from regular egg cakes, boasting a unique shape and flavor. The owner is especially proud of the recently developed "Turkey Rice Doggy Cake," which adds pre-made turkey rice as filling into the egg cake. Before tasting it, one might wonder what it would be like, but once you take a bite, it’s a delightful surprise—delicious and filling.
