"Inu Walking Yakisoba" is a specialty shop for baked cakes inspired by the owner's dachshund. However, the owner clarifies that the concept didn't stem from the dog, but rather from a simple idea of incorporating German sausage into a cake, creating a unique street snack that differs from traditional hot dogs. The owner even designed the dog shape and had it 3D-modeled by a factory, resulting in the one-of-a-kind "Inu Walking Yakisoba" in Taiwan. To create a healthy and delicious snack suitable for both adults and children, "Inu Walking Yakisoba" places great emphasis on the quality of ingredients, using non-salted fermented butter from France, a special flour from Japan, pure fresh milk from Chiayi, and carefully selected eggs. The texture is entirely different from typical cake offerings, making both the shape and flavor distinctive. The owner is particularly proud of the "Turkey Rice Inu Walking Yakisoba," which incorporates pre-made turkey rice rolls as filling in the cake. Although one might have doubts before trying it, the surprise upon tasting is delightful, as it is not only delicious but also filling.
