Doggy Cake is a specialty store for baked egg cakes created because of the owner’s affection for Dachshunds. However, the owner clarifies that was not the initial inspiration! Originally, the idea was simply to incorporate German sausage into the egg cake, creating a street snack different from traditional hot dogs. The owner drew a dog shape and had it 3D-modeled by a factory, resulting in the unique Doggy Cake found only in Taiwan. To provide a healthy and delicious snack suitable for both adults and children, Doggy Cake places great emphasis on quality ingredients, using unsalted fermented butter from the Eiffel Tower brand in France, special flour for "Takara" cakes from Japan, fresh milk from Chiayi Green Win, and carefully selected eggs from Qinyi. The texture is also completely different from regular egg cakes, with a shape and flavor that are truly distinctive. The owner is especially proud of the recently developed "Turkey Rice Doggy Cake," which includes pre-made turkey rice rolled as filling in the egg cake.
