During its initial franchising phase, the clientele mainly consisted of small families. Now, after 16 years of operating its own café, the composition of the customer base hasn’t changed. "Many customers have walked this journey with us," says Lin Pei-yu with gratitude evident in her eyes. "That's why our café is still primarily frequented by regulars, while new customers only make up about 20-30% of the traffic. However, once they visit, they often become regulars," she proudly shares. Indeed, the coffee beans are carefully selected and roasted by the owner Huang Wei-shun, while the desserts and light meals are personally supervised by Sister Two to ensure that the ingredients are healthy, drawing from her years of experience in a hospital kitchen. Their meticulous attention to detail explains why they can maintain a loyal customer base. Although they do customize based on customer requests, the café's most recommended offerings are their hand-brewed coffee series, particularly their exclusive drink—Ice Drip Jiarong. Its creation was inspired by the movie "KANO," and Sister Two specifically named it, with the design symbolizing the 9 players on the team—the 9 ice drip balls representing the players, the circular cup symbolizing the field, and the milk poured into the drink merging with the 9 ice drip balls, signifying the unity of the players' hearts. With no extravagant decorations or delicate furnishings, the simple and unpretentious café offers more than just coffee, light meals, and desserts; it showcases Sister Two as she engages in heartfelt conversations with customers.
