"Therefore, the café is still primarily supported by regulars, with new customers making up only two to three percent, but once they visit, they quickly become regulars," she adds proudly. Indeed, the coffee beans are meticulously selected and roasted by the owner Huang Wei-Shun, while desserts and light meals are overseen personally by Er Jie, who has years of experience working in a hospital and aims to ensure that customers receive healthy food. With such careful attention to detail, it's no wonder they have maintained a loyal clientele. Although they customize orders according to customer preferences, the café's most recommended offerings are the hand-brewed coffee series, especially the exclusive drink—Cold Drip Jiarong. This drink was inspired by the film "KANO," with Er Jie specially naming it and even designing its appearance to convey meaning—nine cold drip balls representing nine players, a round cup symbolizing the field, and the milk poured over the nine balls symbolizes the unity of the players' hearts. With no extravagant decor or elaborate arrangements, this simple and unpretentious café sells not only coffee, light meals, and desserts but also the personal touch of Er Jie as she interacts and chats with customers.
