The owner, affectionately called "Second Sister," Lin Peiyu, mentioned that this is the feeling the café aims to provide, creating a family-like atmosphere, akin to hanging out with friends. Consequently, the café's name comes from this idea—allowing visiting guests to "融合" (blend) into this warm and friendly atmosphere. In its early days as a franchise, the clientele mainly consisted of small families, and now, 16 years after establishing its own café, the customer base has not changed. "Many guests have walked this journey with us," said Lin Peiyu, her eyes reflecting gratitude. "That's why the café still primarily caters to regulars, with new customers accounting for only about 20-30%. However, once they visit, they often become regulars," she proudly added. Indeed, the coffee beans are meticulously selected and roasted by owner Huang Weishun, while the desserts and light meals are personally overseen by Second Sister, who has years of experience working in hospitals to ensure guests can eat healthily. Their attention to detail explains why they have maintained a steady stream of customers. While they customize offerings based on customer preferences, the most recommended products are still the hand-brewed coffee series, especially the exclusive drink—Ice Drip Jiarong, inspired by the film KANO. Second Sister specifically named it, incorporating symbolic design elements—the nine ice drip balls represent nine players, the circular cup represents the field, and the milk poured in symbolizes the unification of the nine players' hearts. With no extravagant decorations or intricate setups, the simple and plain shop sells not just coffee, light meals, and desserts but also the warmth of Second Sister mingling with customers, engaging in casual conversations.
