"Many customers have accompanied us throughout our journey," Lin Pei-Yu’s eyes reveal her gratitude. "Thus, regulars still make up the majority of our customers, while new guests only account for about 20-30%. However, once they visit, they usually become regulars," she proudly states. Indeed, the coffee beans are carefully selected and roasted by the owner, Huang Wei-Shun, and the desserts and light meals are personally overseen by Elder Sister, who has years of experience working in hospitals, ensuring customers can eat healthily. With such close attention to detail, it’s no wonder they have maintained a steady clientele. While they also customize offerings based on customer needs, the café’s most recommended products are the hand-brewed coffee series, especially the exclusive drink—"Ice Drip Jiarong," inspired by the movie "KANO." The name is a special choice, and the design symbolizes the essence: nine ice drip balls represent nine players, and the round cup signifies the field, with the milk poured over it representing the unity of the nine players' spirits. There’s no extravagant decoration or refined layout; the simple and plain shop sells not just coffee, light meals, and desserts but also the human warmth that comes from Elder Sister mingling with customers and sharing stories.
