Our chilled mung bean cake is an innovative dessert that breaks away from traditional recipes, made with pure mung beans for the outer layer and using natural local ingredients from Taiwan. This new approach addresses the common issues of traditional mung bean cakes, which can be dry and crumbly. By serving it chilled, you can savor the full flavors of the ingredients, enjoying a smooth texture that is less sticky and melts in your mouth—truly impressive. The Xujia Ming Bakery has meticulously crafted the Treasure Box, using local ingredients and moving beyond traditional methods. We promote the concept of "a cup of tea and a piece of cake, a tea and food culture" by pairing our chilled mung bean cake with Alishan high mountain oolong tea. We adhere to a philosophy of creating snacks made with the same care we would use for our family, using only fresh ingredients without preservatives, and we do not include desiccants in our packaging, which means our products need to be frozen or refrigerated.
