If we talk about a coffee lover, it must be Joe, the owner of "Triangle and Cat." After graduating from university, he fell deeply in love with coffee during his first job. To improve his skills, he spent two years commuting three hours each way to Shenkeng every day to learn roasting techniques. Graduating from the Department of Applied Foreign Languages, he bore the heavy expectations of his family, and although he initially switched to the manufacturing industry to meet those expectations, he ultimately dedicated himself to his passion for coffee. Together with his coffee-loving sister, their supportive brother-in-law, and a beloved cat that accompanied them through this journey, they opened "Triangle and Cat" coffee shop. With the knowledge and skills he acquired, Joe aims to offer customers not just ordinary drinks found in every coffee shop. The shop features specially imported coffee beans from the San Jose Estate in Colombia, which undergo oak barrel fermentation and refined washed processing, producing coffee with a hint of whiskey aroma; or using a light roasting process to preserve the fruity flavors and sweetness of the beans, distinct from the bitter taste of medium-dark roasts. Aspiring to take a unique coffee route, the "Wild Ginger Flower Latte" is a specially crafted drink in the shop that combines wild ginger flower wine with latte, offering not only the richness of the latte but also the unique fragrance of the wild ginger flower. Additionally, the "Vegetarian Burger" is a popular item, made fresh daily with limited quantities, so reservations are recommended! Utilizing local small farmers' vegetables and pairing them with handmade buns, it revolutionizes the greasy texture of traditional burgers, making it both healthy and delicious. Although the shop imports raw beans, they are roasted in-house, allowing customers to choose and witness the entire roasting process, which is completely transparent.
