After graduating from university and starting his first job in coffee, he became deeply enamored with it. In order to improve his skills, he spent two years commuting three hours daily to Shenkeng to learn roasting techniques. Graduating from the Applied Foreign Languages Department and bearing his family's high expectations, he once switched to the manufacturing industry to meet their hopes, but ultimately returned to his passion for coffee. Together with his coffee-loving sister, her supportive husband, and their beloved cat who accompanied them through this journey, they opened "Triangle and Cat" coffee shop. With the knowledge and skills he acquired, he wants to offer customers beverages that go beyond what is typically found in coffee shops. That's why the shop specifically imports coffee beans processed using oak barrel fermentation and exquisite washed methods from San José Farm in Colombia; the coffee brewed has a hint of whiskey aroma. Alternatively, using a light roasting process retains the fruity flavors and sweetness of the coffee beans, distinguishing it from the bitter taste of medium to dark roasts. Aiming for a unique coffee experience, the "Wild Ginger Flower Latte" is one of the shop's signature drinks, utilizing wild ginger flower brew mixed into the latte, providing not only the creaminess of a latte but also the special aroma of wild ginger flowers. Additionally, the "Vegetarian Burger" is also a hot-selling dish, made fresh daily in limited quantities, so reservations are recommended! It using locally sourced vegetables paired with handcrafted bread, overturning the greasy feel of typical burgers, maintaining both health and deliciousness.
