After graduating from university, she fell deeply in love with coffee when she encountered it in her first job. To enhance her skills, she spent two years commuting three hours daily to Shenkeng to learn roasting skills. Graduating from the Department of Applied Foreign Languages, she carried the weight of her family's high expectations. Although she once switched to the manufacturing industry to meet their hopes, she ultimately devoted herself to her passion for coffee. Along with her coffee-loving sister, their supportive brother-in-law, and a beloved cat that accompanied them through this journey, they opened the café "Triangle and Cat." With her acquired knowledge and skills, Hui-Pei Ling aims to provide customers with more than just ordinary drinks found in typical coffee shops. Therefore, the café specially introduces coffee beans from Colombia's San Jose Estate, fermented in oak barrels and meticulously washed, resulting in coffee that carries hints of whiskey aroma. Alternatively, using the light roasting process allows the coffee beans to retain fruity notes and sweetness, distinguishing itself from the bitter flavors of medium and dark roasts. Aiming for a unique coffee experience, the "Wild Ginger Flower Latte" is a distinctive drink made by infusing latte with wild ginger flower brew, offering a rich latte flavor paired with the special aroma of wild ginger flowers. Additionally, the "Vegetarian Burger" is another popular item, made fresh daily with limited quantities, so reservations are recommended! Utilizing locally sourced vegetables paired with handmade bread, it redefines the greasy sensation of traditional burgers, making it both healthy and delicious. Although the shop imports green coffee beans, they are all roasted, selected, and crafted in-house, with coffee beans freshly roasted daily, and the entire process is fully transparent for customers to observe.
