The male owner of Dong Fa Bee Farm, Lin Yongsheng, has been working with bees since childhood due to his deep love for them. He willingly lives a nomadic lifestyle, following the flowers and weaving through blooming blossoms alongside the bees. The relationship between bees and nectar is akin to that of maple syrup and tree sap; bees gather nectar and store it in the hive, reducing the water content and transforming it into honey, which carries a hint of plant wood aroma. Dong Fa Bee Farm is committed to harvesting honey only after the bees have completely filled the hive with beeswax and the excess moisture has been removed.
