She said she wanted to do her best to preserve this precious old house for young people to appreciate. Initially inexperienced in the food industry, Angela learned through trial and error for several years. It wasn't until 2020, with the assistance of a professional marketing team commissioned by the Chiayi City Government to help local businesses, that "Old Times Fresh Things" was defined as a "Japanese-style curry specialty house," solidifying its current appearance and culinary style. They have developed their own simple curry meals and also provide the rare soup curry in Chiayi.
