The bartender mentions that serving cocktails in elegant glassware is the signature of Bar Door to Dream, easily recognized by connoisseurs. Open until 4 AM, it is currently the latest closing bar in Chiayi City, emphasizing gin as the main ingredient, with a cocktail menu that changes every three months. They also offer spirits, non-alcoholic drinks, and custom cocktails tailored to different preferences in flavor, taste, alcohol content, aroma, and bubbles. A unique option is to "order your mood as a drink," where you can simply let the bartender "handle" it, which may lead to delightful surprises. Bartender Xiao Hao, a former Chinese teacher, switched careers to teach mixology, and he is also a teacher now.
