The Negroni at the Wild Cat Bar in Chiayi is regarded as one of the most popular cocktails in the world, served in the exquisite BELLO glass from Kimura Glass. Under dim lighting, the drink glows a ruby red, captivating the eye. The bartender claims that serving cocktails in such luxurious glassware is a characteristic of Bar Door to Dream, easily recognized by those in the know. Open until 4 AM, it is currently the latest closing bar in Chiayi City, featuring gin as the main ingredient, with a menu that changes every three months. They also offer spirits, non-alcoholic drinks, and custom cocktails that can be adjusted according to preferences for taste, flavor, alcohol intensity, aroma, and bubbles. A particularly fun option is to "order a drink based on your mood," leaving it up to the bartender for a surprise. Bartender Xiao Hao, a former Chinese teacher, has switched careers to teach cocktail mixing and is now also an instructor. Behind the bar, a sign reads "What should I do?"
