HOT Hi-end Of Tiki Introduction
Opposite the Jiamei Gallery, there is a tropical jungle bar with many animals, which is commonly referred to by the locals in Chiayi as "the bar with many animals across from the museum," even though its name can be abbreviated to HOT. The Tropical Jungle and the powerful jaguar, HOT Hi-end Of Tiki, stand out with a vibrant tropical style that defies the moderate and understated appearance of the city. This is the first Tiki Style cocktail bar in Chiayi, where the bartenders have a clear intention: "Wake up! There is nightlife at the foot of Alishan." Here, the style needs no explanation; the rum in the glass awakens the pirate DNA within, accompanied by the passion of ripe tropical fruits. With one sip, everyone becomes an adventurer and pioneer from the colonial era. The worldview and urban sentiment are condensed into a bar, even into a glass of cocktail. The bartender specifically incorporates Alishan high mountain tea and mulberries from Yizhu into the Tiki cocktail, capturing the vibrant flavors of 23.5 degrees north latitude.
