HOT Hi-end Of Tiki Introduction
Across from the Jiamei Gallery, there is a tropical jungle bar filled with many animals, which can be abbreviated as HOT, but patrons in Chiayi affectionately refer to it as "the bar with many animals across from the art museum." The Tropical Jungle and the fierce Jaguar, HOT Hi-end Of Tiki, visually disrupt the gentleness and modesty of the cityscape with its vibrant tropical style, standing proudly beside Jiamei Gallery. This is the first Tiki Style cocktail bar in Chiayi, and the bartender's intention is clear: wake up! There is nightlife at the foot of Alishan. Here, there is a style that needs no explanation, with rum in the glass stirring the pirate DNA within, accompanied by the ripeness of tropical fruits. With a single sip, everyone becomes an adventurer and pioneer from the colonial era. The worldview and urban sentiment are condensed into a bar, even into a cocktail. The bartender deliberately includes Alishan high mountain tea and mulberries from Yizhu in the Tiki Cocktail, embodying the flavors of the 23.5-degree north latitude—fresh and bright.
