HOT Hi-end Of Tiki Introduction

Across from the Jiamei Pavilion, there’s a vibrant tropical jungle bar known as HOT (Hi-end Of Tiki), affectionately referred to by the locals in Chiayi as "the animal bar across from the art museum." The Tropical Jungle and its striking jaguar design stand boldly next to the Jiamei Pavilion, presenting a vivid tropical aesthetic that disrupts the gentle demeanor of the cityscape. This is Chiayi's first Tiki Style cocktail bar, with the bartenders clearly intending to wake everyone up to the nightlife that exists at the foot of Alishan. Here, there's a style that needs no explanation; the rum in your glass stirs up the pirate DNA within, infused with the passion of ripe tropical fruits. One sip and you become an adventurer and pioneer of the colonial era. The bar combines worldwide views with urban sentiments all in one bar, or even in one cocktail. The bartender intentionally incorporates Alishan high mountain tea and mulberries from Yizhu into the Tiki Cocktail, bringing forth the vibrant flavors of the latitude of 23.5 degrees north.
