HOT Hi-end Of Tiki Introduction

Located across from the Chiayi Art Museum, this tropical jungle bar with numerous animals, commonly referred to by locals as "the bar with many animals across from the art museum," has a short name: HOT, which stands for Hi-end Of Tiki. With a vibrant tropical style, it stands boldly next to the Chiayi Art Museum, breaking the calm and subtle aesthetic of the surrounding area. This is the first Tiki-style cocktail bar in Chiayi, and the bartender's intention is clear: wake up! There is nightlife at the foot of Alishan. The style here is self-evident, with rum in the glass shaking the pirate DNA within, accompanied by the ripe enthusiasm of tropical fruits. One sip and everyone becomes an adventurer and pioneer of the colonial era. This bar encapsulates worldviews and urban sentiments, even down to a single cocktail. The bartender deliberately incorporates Alishan high mountain tea and mulberries from Yizhu into the Tiki cocktails, showcasing a vibrant flavor at 23.5 degrees north latitude.
