Taiwan's Unique Species - "Si Siou A" Ice Cream is inspired by the sounds of the Minnan language. Developed and refined over two years by a physician owner, this product is one of the few in the market that contains "no added water" and "no chemical additives," making it a refreshing gift that preserves the natural flavors of the ingredients without artificial additives. The aim is to provide a healthy option that both adults and children can enjoy safely and happily, highlighting the local flavors of Chiayi. The ice cream features four varieties made from local ingredients: strawberry, matcha, milk peanut, and pineapple, with additional seasonal fruit flavors that change throughout the year. The summer-exclusive flavors include mango and lychee. Each flavor in the "Si Siou A" ice cream series is represented by a totem of one of the four "endemic species" that inhabit the Chiayi area: the Formosan macaque, the blue-bellied pitta, the Jural tree frog, and the Formosan black bear.
