The owner, Huang Hsiao-cheng, ventured into the food industry because he missed the naturally fermented stinky tofu made by his mother, which had no preservatives. Ming Feng's tofu originally gained popularity at Yong'an Market. Although the headquarters and central kitchen have moved to Xinzhuang, Mr. Huang still maintains a stall at Yong'an Market to serve his long-time customers. Emphasizing health and nature, Ming Feng is meticulous in the selection of soybeans for their tofu-making process, resulting in a variety of products that consumers praise. Their offerings include a range of soy-based products such as soy milk, cotton tofu, tofu pouches, tofu cakes, tofu skin, oil tofu, and dried tofu, all freshly supplied. The stall also features ultra-low temperature running water to maintain the freshness and taste of the tofu products.
