Ming Feng Tofu Introduction
When it comes to the tofu of Yong'an Market, "Ming Feng" is the one that stands out. Ming Feng is a well-known brand of soybean products in Taiwan, with its headquarters located on Fuxing Road in Xinzhuang. It also features a tourist factory that allows consumers, schools, and businesses to visit and receive guided tours. The owner, Huang Hsiao-cheng, was initially motivated by a desire to enjoy his mother's naturally fermented tofu without preservatives, which led him into the food industry. Ming Feng tofu originated in Yong'an Market; although the headquarters and central kitchen have moved to Xinzhuang, Mr. Huang still maintains a stall in Yong'an Market to serve his old customers. Ming Feng emphasizes health and nature, meticulously selecting soybeans in its tofu production. The various products have received praise from consumers, including soy-related items such as soy milk, cotton tofu, tofu buns, tofu cakes, tofu skins, fried tofu, dried tofu, and more, all freshly supplied. There is also a super-low temperature water flow in front of the stall to maintain the freshness and taste of the tofu products.
