When it comes to tofu at Yong'an Market, nothing beats "Ming Feng." Ming Feng is a well-known soy product brand in Taiwan, with its headquarters located on Fuxing Road in Xinzhuang. They also have a tourist factory that allows consumers, schools, and companies to visit and receive guided tours. The owner, Huang Hsiao-cheng, entered the food industry because he wanted to enjoy the naturally fermented stinky tofu made by his mother, which didn't contain any preservatives. Ming Feng tofu first flourished at Yong'an Market, and although the headquarters and central kitchen have moved to Xinzhuang, the owner still maintains a stall at Yong'an Market to serve loyal customers from the past. Ming Feng places great emphasis on health and nature, and its tofu production process is very strict, starting from selecting soybeans. Their various products are praised by consumers, including soy-related products such as soy milk, kapok tofu, tofu buns, tofu cakes, tofu skin,油豆腐 (fried tofu), and dried tofu, all supplied fresh. There is also a super low-temperature flow to maintain the freshness and flavor of the tofu products at the stall.
