The owner, Huang Hsiao-cheng, entered the food industry years ago because he wanted to enjoy his mother's naturally fermented, preservative-free stinky tofu. Mingfeng's tofu initially gained popularity at Yong'an Market. Although the headquarters and central kitchen have moved to Xinzhuang, Mr. Huang still maintains a stall at Yong'an Market to serve his long-time loyal customers. Emphasizing health and natural ingredients, Mingfeng is very meticulous in the selection of soybeans for their tofu-making process, and their various products have received much praise from consumers. They offer a range of soy-based products, including soy milk, cotton tofu, tofu pouches, tofu cakes, tofu skin, oil tofu, and dried tofu, all freshly supplied. In front of the stall, they maintain the freshness and deliciousness of the tofu products with ultra-low temperature water flow.
