The handcrafted bread resembles a typical round dinner roll, but some liken it more to an English scone, with a diameter of about 6 cm and a weight of approximately 30–35 grams each. Its texture is dense, making 2 to 3 pieces sufficient for a satisfying meal. The bread is packaged frozen, and it is recommended to microwave it for 30 seconds to defrost before baking. Spraying a bit of water on the bread before baking will help prevent it from drying out. It can be enjoyed with the specially made fresh bread spread or garlic butter spread. Reservations are required for dining, and newcomers as well as returning guests are welcome to try the new store.
