Art cakes are Mi Quanrui's forte, but he excels in other pastry domains as well. Just like him, his salted egg yolk pastry is understated and stable, yet possesses an indescribable flavor. Just by looking at the exterior of the black gold salted egg yolk pastry, one could sense that it is far from ordinary.
