Shulin Nai Bingzhen Lu Wei Introduction
Located about 100 to 200 meters in front of the Shulin Hou Train Station, Shulin Ice-cold Braised Delicacies is renowned in the Shulin District and has gained accolades from food connoisseurs. Many people from Taipei specifically drive or take the train to buy from here. This ice-cold braised delicacies stall is quite unassuming and is situated right in front of a bedding store; in fact, both businesses are run by the same owner. Originally selling bedding in Taipei City over twenty years ago, the owner later moved to Shulin and resumed his original business, while also adding a beloved family recipe for braised delicacies in the evenings. Surprisingly, after one or two decades, there has been a loyal customer base, and with word of mouth, the food stall that only opens in the evening attracts a continuous stream of diners as soon as it starts selling.
