Yuan Wan Bozi Fish Balls has been in operation since the 35th year of the Republic of China (1946), currently being run by the second generation. The restaurant offers four dishes: Dry Glass Noodles, Fish Ball Soup, Fish Ball Glass Noodles, and Tofu Pockets. The signature dish is Dry Glass Noodles served with Fish Ball Soup, which is what most customers order when they visit. The Fish Ball Glass Noodles are also quite popular among tourists, featuring smooth glass noodles and firm, Q-bouncy fish balls complemented by sweet broth.
