Datin Beef Noodle Introduction
The owner of Da Ting, Ye Xianlu, mentioned that the beef noodle shop has been operating in Banqiao for several decades. Every day, fresh beef is sourced from the market, with the beef shank cut into 2 cm thick slices, briefly blanched, and then cooked. The slices are stir-fried with garlic, chili, and bean paste, and then braised in a rich beef bone broth using a red-braising technique.
