Wang Shrimp Soup has been in operation in Sanchong for over thirty years; the first-generation owner, Mr. Wang, initially opened a shop on Datong South Road but moved to its current location outside Jieshou Market after the landlord reclaimed the premises, and it is now run by the second-generation Wang brothers. The large shrimp in the soup are so substantial that they overflow from the spoon, providing an exhilarating experience. Combined with the specially crafted broth, every customer who visits praises it highly. Every bowl of shrimp soup made by Mr. Wang demonstrates the owner's attentiveness to his customers.
