The original owner, Mr. Wang, first opened the shop on Datong South Road. After losing the lease, he relocated to the current site outside of Jieshou Market, later passing the business down to the second generation of Wang brothers. The substantial shrimp in Wang's soup are so large they seem to overflow from the spoon, which immediately impresses customers. Together with the specially crafted soup, every visitor leaves praising its quality.
