Similar to some well-known oyster noodle shops, they stand out in their own uniqueness, and the truly impressive flavors demonstrate the owner's confidence in their own cuisine. Wang's Shrimp Soup has been operating in Sanchong for over thirty years. The original owner, Wang, first opened a shop on Datong South Road but moved to its current location outside Jieshou Market due to the landlord reclaiming the space. The shop is now managed by the second generation, the Wang brothers. The shrimp in Wang's soup is so large that it nearly overflows the spoon, providing a delightful experience, complemented by their specially crafted soup that earns praises from every customer. In each bowl of shrimp soup priced at just NT$50, the owner's attention to detail is evident. Served in a deeper and wider bowl, the generous portion is substantial enough to leave you feeling satisfied after just one bowl.
