Cai's Fried Lamb Introduction
Cai's Lamb Stir-fry stall has been operating next to San Chong Elementary School since the 68th year of the Republic of China. At its peak, there were more than ten lamb stalls in the area, but currently, only three remain. Cai's Lamb Stir-fry started with stir-fried lamb noodles and stir-fried lamb, with salad dressing mixed with fresh, thinly sliced lamb and vegetables, offering a sweet and rich local flavor. Enjoying it with a can of bright yellow Wei Dali soda makes for a delightful culinary experience. Other various stir-fried dishes are also popular, including hot stir-fried asparagus, stir-fried intestines, stir-fried clams, and stir-fried greens, with around thirty kinds of home-style dishes that are cooked to order, making them the best comfort food for the cold autumn and winter seasons.
