Cai's Fried Lamb Introduction
Cai's Fried Lamb Stall has been operating next to the San Chong Elementary School since 1979. At its peak, there were over a dozen nearby lamb stalls, but currently, only three remain. Cai's Fried Lamb specializes in fried lamb noodles and fried lamb, with a salad dressing mixed with fresh thin slices of lamb and vegetables, providing a sweet and rich flavor that is authentic. Enjoying this with a can of bright yellow Weidali soda makes for a delightful culinary experience. Various other stir-fried dishes are also very popular, including hot stir-fried asparagus, fried intestines, fried clams, stir-fried vegetables, and around thirty types of delicious homemade dishes cooked to order, making it the best delicacy for the cold autumn and winter seasons.
