Cai's Stir-Fried Lamb Introduction
Cai's Stir-Fried Lamb Stall has been operating next to Sanchong Elementary School since 1979. At its peak, there were over ten nearby lamb stalls, but now only three remain. Cai's Stir-Fried Lamb started with stir-fried lamb noodles and stir-fried lamb, featuring fresh thin slices of lamb mixed with salad dressing and vegetables, offering a sweet and rich authentic flavor. Paired with a bottle of golden-colored Wei Da Li soda, it is a delightful culinary experience. Other various stir-fried dishes are also very popular, including hot stir-fried bamboo shoots, stir-fried intestines, stir-fried clams, and stir-fried greens, among thirty types of home-style dishes, cooked to order, making them the best delicacies during the cold autumn and winter seasons.
