Tsai's Stir-Fried Lamb Introduction
Cai's Fried Lamb Stand has been operating next to Sanchong Elementary School since 1979, when there were more than ten lamb stalls in the vicinity, but now only three remain. Cai's Fried Lamb is known for its fried lamb noodles and fried lamb with salad dressing, combining fresh thin slices of lamb with various vegetables, offering a sweet, rich, and authentic taste. Paired with a can of bright yellow Weida Li soda, it's a delightful culinary experience. Additionally, various stir-fried dishes are also very popular, including sizzling stir-fried bamboo shoots, crispy intestines, clams, and green vegetables—about thirty kinds of home-style dishes that are delicious, freshly cooked upon order, making it the best comfort food for the chilly autumn and winter seasons.
