Cai Jia Stir-fried Lamb Introduction
Cai's Lamb Stir-Fry stand has been located next to San Chong Elementary School since 1979. At its peak, there were over ten lamb stands in the vicinity, but now only three remain. Cai's Lamb Stir-Fry started with lamb stir-fried noodles and lamb stir-fry, with fresh thin slices of lamb mixed with salad dressing and vegetables, creating a sweet and flavorful authentic taste. Accompanied by a bottle of bright yellow Weida Li soda, it's a delightful culinary experience. A variety of stir-fried dishes are also very popular, with steaming hot stir-fried asparagus, stir-fried crunchy intestines, stir-fried clams, stir-fried greens, and about thirty kinds of home-style delicious dishes, all cooked fresh upon order, making it the best earthly delicacy for the cold autumn and winter seasons.
