Cai's Stir-fried Lamb Introduction
Cai's Spicy Lamb Stall has been located next to San Chong Elementary School since 1979. At its peak, there were more than ten lamb stalls nearby, but now only three remain. Cai's Spicy Lamb is known for its stir-fried lamb noodles and stir-fried lamb slices, served with a dressing mixed with fresh, thinly sliced lamb and vegetables, creating a sweet and rich authentic flavor. Enjoying this with a can of bright yellow Wei Da Li soda makes for a delightful culinary experience. Additionally, various stir-fried dishes are also very popular, including hot stir-fried bamboo shoots, stir-fried crispy intestines, stir-fried clams, and stir-fried greens, with about thirty kinds of home-style dishes available, freshly cooked to order, making it the best delicacy for the chilly autumn and winter seasons.
