Mama Wu's Handmade Dumplings Introduction
In Taishan, there is a popular snack that, despite being common, is made with great care and attention. On the second floor of the Taishan Public Market, there are authentic handmade dumplings that everyone talks about. Anyone who has tried them finds them delicious, often purchasing several boxes at once. These carefully made dumplings feature a filling made from specially selected pork shoulder meat, mixed with cabbage and chives, all wrapped in dumpling dough and boiled.
