Mama Wu's Handmade Dumplings Introduction
In Taishan, there is a popular local snack that, despite being common, is made with great care and attention. On the second floor of the Taishan Public Market, there are locally famous freshly made dumplings that everyone raves about. Those who have tried them often buy multiple boxes at a time. These thoughtfully prepared dumplings are filled with specially selected pork shoulder meat, mixed with cabbage and chives, wrapped in dumpling skin, and then boiled in hot water. The filling is incredibly sweet and savory, enhanced by the sweetness of the cabbage and the aroma of the chives, making them delicious even without dipping sauce!
