Additionally, students from National Taiwan University and office workers from nearby factories often order delivery, making this small Italian restaurant that emphasizes authentic ingredients and flavors a culinary landmark in Beida District. The owner of Belly, Wang Derui, is a food enthusiast who gradually learned how to make pizza, eventually training under an Italian friend to make authentic Italian pizza. With unanimous approval from everyone, he opened Belly Italian Pizza in Sanxia, which received widespread acclaim, attracting customers from Shulin, Zhongyonghe, Taipei City, and Taoyuan.
