Jin Sanxia - Biluo Chun Tea Egg Roll Set (2012 Featured Souvenir) Introduction
In the early years of Taiwan when resources were scarce, tea farmers often used ready-made fertilizer bags and flour bags to assemble large tea bags. The burlap bag in this gift box is a miniature version of that. It bears the marks of the agricultural associations established during the Japanese colonial period, features a tea advertisement designed by Sanxia painter Li Meishu, and reflects the U.S.-China cooperative flour bags from the post-liberation era. The combination of these elements showcases the history of tea in Sanxia and its specialty tea varieties, with the finest tea from Sanxia, Biluochun, crafted into tea bags and egg rolls, symbolizing the inheritance of the Sanxia tea culture and the dedication behind it!
