Chun Leisure Farm Introduction
This is the only legal leisure farm located within the metropolitan area of the Greater Taipei region, situated right next to the Wugu interchange on the freeway. Founded by Chen Chao-heng, the chairman of Wan Hai Lines, in memory of his mother, Ms. Lee Chun. The cuisine here features Southeast Asian Thai flavors, with the most popular dish being the signature Thai "Jiao Ma Chicken," which uses tender chicken deep-fried to achieve a crispy skin, then drizzled with the chef's special sauce, releasing an appetizing aroma of Sichuan pepper. Another favorite is the chef's own version of Red Curry Shrimp Noodles, a classic dish with rich flavors and enticing aromas. Unlike typical Japanese cooking methods, the red curry is prepared in a Thai style, combining noodles and fresh shrimp for a taste that lingers in memory. Additionally, there's a European-style Napoli Seafood Noodles, where the chef blends the rich coconut milk abundant in Thailand with seafood such as cuttlefish and shrimp, complemented by the refreshing scent of lemongrass, making it a wonderful dish for family tasting.
