Zhūnxiūxián Farm Introduction
This is the only legal leisure farm located in the metropolitan area of Greater Taipei, situated right next to the Wugu Interchange on the highway. It was founded by Chen Chao-heng, the chairman of Wan Hai Lines, in memory of his mother, Ms. Li Jun. The cuisine here features a Southeast Asian Thai style, and the most popular dish is the signature "Pepper and Spicy Chicken," made with tender chicken that is deep-fried to achieve a crispy exterior, then drizzled with the chef's special sauce, releasing the enticing aroma of Sichuan peppercorns. Another popular dish is the chef's specially crafted Red Curry Shrimp Noodles, a classic dish with rich flavors and enticing aromas, made in a Thai style rather than the typical Japanese cooking method, incorporating noodles and fresh shrimp into the red curry for a taste that lingers memorably. There is also a European-style Neapolitan seafood pasta, where the chef combines the rich coconut milk abundant in Thailand with seafood, including the sweetness of cuttlefish and shrimp, enhanced by the fragrance of lemongrass, making it a delightful dish perfect for family dining.
