Zhun Leisure Farm Introduction
This is the only legally operated leisure farm located within the metropolitan area of Greater Taipei, right next to the Wugu Interchange on the highway. It was established by Chen Chao-heng, the chairman of Wan Hai Lines, in memory of his mother, Ms. Li Jun. The cuisine here features a South Asian Thai style, with the most popular dish being the signature "Crispy Chicken with Spicy Pepper Sauce." Made with tender chicken fried at high temperatures to achieve a crispy exterior, it is then drizzled with the chef's special sauce, releasing an enticing aroma of Sichuan pepper that whets the appetite. Another popular dish is the chef's specially crafted Red Curry Shrimp Noodles, a classic dish with rich and enticing flavors. The red curry departs from typical Japanese cooking methods, adopting a Thai style, with noodles and fresh shrimp cooked in red curry, leaving a memorable taste. There is also a European-style Neapolitan Seafood Noodles, which combines the rich coconut milk abundant in Thailand with seafood, including squid and shrimp sweetness, complemented by the refreshing aroma of lemongrass—perfect for family dining.
