Relax Farm Introduction
This is the only legal leisure farm located in the metropolitan area of the Greater Taipei region, situated right next to the Wugu Interchange on the highway. It was founded by Chen Chao-heng, the chairman of Wan Hai Lines, in memory of his mother, Ms. Li Jun. The cuisine here features a Southeast Asian Thai style, with the most popular dish being the signature "Pepper Chicken," where tender chicken is deep-fried at high temperatures to achieve a crispy outer layer before being drizzled with the chef's special sauce, releasing an enticing aroma of Sichuan pepper that stimulates the appetite. Another popular delicacy is the chef's personally crafted Red Curry Shrimp Noodles, which is a classic dish with a rich flavor and tempting aroma. The red curry deviates from conventional Japanese cooking methods and is prepared in a Thai style, incorporating noodles and fresh shrimp into the red curry, making for a flavor that lingers in memory. Additionally, there is a European-style Naples Seafood Pasta, where the chef combines the rich coconut milk abundant in Thailand with seafood, including the sweetness of squid and shrimp, along with the refreshing scent of lemongrass, making it a delightful dish suitable for family dining.
