Zhun Leisure Farm Introduction
This is the only legal leisure farm located in the metropolitan area of the Greater Taipei region, situated next to the Wugu interchange on the freeway. It was founded by Chen Chao-Heng, the chairman of Wan Hai Lines, in memory of his mother, Ms. Li Jun. The cuisine here features Southeast Asian and Thai styles, with one of the most popular dishes being the signature "Pepper Chicken." The tender chicken is deep-fried at high temperatures to achieve a crispy skin, then drizzled with a specially crafted sauce by the chef, releasing an enticing aroma of Sichuan pepper that stimulates the appetite. Another popular dish is the Red Curry Shrimp Noodles, a classic dish with rich flavors and enticing aroma. It diverges from typical Japanese cooking methods by adopting a Thai style, combining noodles and fresh shrimp in red curry to create a flavor that lingers in memory. Additionally, there is a European-style Naples Seafood Noodles, where the chef blends the rich, fresh coconut milk abundant in Thailand with seafood, including the sweetness of cuttlefish and shrimp, along with the refreshing scent of lemongrass, making it a delightful dish perfect for family enjoyment.
