A fortune poem and six divine lots encouraged Yu Chen Hsin to start her pastry business. Over the past half century, she has transformed from a novice to a renowned pastry expert in Taiwan. We have always held onto our original intention: "To make those who care for us feel honored." The pastries of Yu Chen Hsin do not have any unique secret recipes; instead, they are made with a heart that cherishes customers and a commitment to quality ingredients. In order to meet the needs of devotees and locals who observe a vegetarian diet when visiting the Dajia Mazu Temple, Yu Chen Hsin replaced the traditional lard with natural cream in her recipes. This not only led to the creation of the famous "Cream Pastry," known far and wide today, but also earned Yu Chen Hsin the title of the hometown of Cream Pastry.
