Over half a century, from a novice to a renowned pastry expert in Taiwan, we have always held onto a single intention: "To make those who care for us feel honored." Yu Zhen Xin’s pastries do not have exclusive secret recipes; they only possess a heart that cares for customers and a commitment to quality ingredients. To meet the needs of devotees and locals who are vegetarians visiting the Dajia Mazu Temple, Yu Zhen Xin replaced traditional lard with a natural butter recipe, which not only established the now-famous "butter pastry" but also earned Yu Zhen Xin the title of the hometown of butter pastries.
