A Zai Tube Rice Cake Introduction
A Zai Rice Cake Shop was founded by the ancestor Tai Jiu Gong in a traditional cloth store next to the Dajia Jenn Lann Temple during the Japanese colonial period. In the 27th year of the Republic of China, the second generation, Yan Zai, took over the shop, which was later relocated to its current site on Jiangong Road. With a focus on quality ingredients and time-consuming handmade techniques, the shop creates traditional flavors that evoke nostalgic memories.
