A Tsai Rice Cake Introduction
A Zai Rice Cake Shop was founded by the ancestor Dai Jiu Gong in a traditional fabric store next to Dajia Jenn Lann Temple during the Japanese occupation period. In the 27th year of the Republic of China, the second generation, Yan Zai, took over and later moved to its current location on Jiangong Road. With meticulous ingredients and time-consuming craftsmanship, it creates a series of nostalgic traditional delicacies that bring back fond memories.
