A Tsai Rice Cake Introduction
A Tsung Tsai Rice Cake Shop was established during the Japanese occupation next to Dajia Zhandu Temple in a traditional fabric store by the ancestor, Dai Jiu Gong. In the 27th year of the Republic, the second generation, Yan Zai, took over and later relocated to the current site on Jiangong Road, where they focus on high-quality ingredients and time-consuming handmade processes, creating nostalgic traditional delicacies that evoke cherished memories.
