A-Zai Rice Cake Introduction
A-Zai Tong-Ai Rice Cake Shop was established during the Japanese occupation next to Dajia Zhenlan Temple in a traditional fabric shop by the ancestor Dai Jiu Gong. In the 27th year of the Republic of China, the second generation, Yan Zai, took over the shop and later moved to the current location on Jiangong Road. With meticulous selection of ingredients and time-consuming handmade processes, they create nostalgic traditional delicacies that remind people of their memories.
