A Zai Tube Rice Cake Introduction
A Zai Rice Cake Shop was established by the ancestors, Dai Jiu Gong, in the traditional cloth store next to Dajia Jenn Lann Temple during the Japanese occupation era. In the 27th year of the Republic, the second generation, Yan Zai, took over and later moved to the current location on Jiangong Road, using meticulous ingredients and time-consuming handmade techniques to create traditional delicacies that evoke nostalgic memories.
