The reason our restaurant thrives and endures is due to our secret: we purchase "authentic" herbs directly from major Chinese medicine wholesalers, control the cooking time to the most appropriate point, and ensure the duck meat itself displays tenderness. The duck must be simmered in a large pot, with multiple ducks cooked at once to enhance the soup's flavor. Our restaurant serves only one type of dish, such as duck meat platter, duck offal, and duck heart, all focused on duck as the main highlight. We also offer dried dishes made from duck intestines and duck hearts, along with fragrant duck blood cakes, all in a dining environment filled with warmth and friendliness.
