The reason our restaurant continues to thrive and withstand the test of time is our secret: we purchase "authentic" medicinal ingredients directly from major Chinese herbal wholesalers, control the cooking time to the most appropriate moment, and ensure the duck meat itself exhibits tenderness. The duck must be simmered in a large pot, with multiple ducks cooked at once to enhance the broth's sweetness and freshness. Our restaurant only offers a single item, such as duck meat platters, duck offal, and duck hearts, all focusing on duck as the main attraction. We also serve duck intestines and duck hearts made from dry cooking techniques, along with fragrant duck blood rice cake, all within the most hospitable dining environment.
