The duck must be stewed in a large pot, with multiple ducks cooked at once, enhancing the broth's sweetness and flavor. Our restaurant only sells a single item, such as duck meat plates, offal, and duck hearts, all centered around duck. We also offer dry-cooked duck intestines, duck hearts, and delicious duck blood cake, all in a warm and inviting dining environment.
