Junji Angelica Duck Introduction
The reason our restaurant has been thriving and enduring over the years is our secret: we purchase "authentic" medicinal herbs directly from major Chinese medicine suppliers, control the cooking time to the best point for tenderness, and use large pots to stew several ducks at once to enhance the flavor of the broth. Our restaurant only offers a single item, such as duck meat platters, duck offal, and duck hearts, all focusing on duck as the main ingredient. We also have dry-cooked dishes made from duck intestines and duck hearts, as well as delicious duck blood cake, all served in a warm and inviting dining environment.
