Wanyouquan Food Factory Introduction
Wanyouquan has always been the top choice for many restaurants and food enthusiasts due to its strict requirements in the production process: First, only fresh, warm-bodied pork hind leg meat is selected; second, it is cured with coarse salt, stacked layer upon layer, and turned every ten days. This fermentation and curing process lasts for more than a year before it can be called Jinhua Ham. The ham can eliminate the fishy taste of chicken, duck, and fish meat, as its fat has already been broken down, making it an essential food for those recovering from illness or during pregnancy. It can be used as a soup base and also as a side dish, enhancing the flavor of vegetables and tofu, making it the most generous gift during festivals. Currently, the factory is located in Tainan, and the store is in the Taipei South Gate Market.
