Wanyouquan's excellent quality has always been the first choice for many restaurants and food enthusiasts, due to its strict requirements in the production process: First, it must use fresh, warm-body pork hind leg meat; second, it is marinated with coarse salt, stacked layer by layer, and turned every ten days, such that it undergoes fermentation and curing for over a year before it can be called Jinhua ham. The ham can eliminate the fishy taste of chicken, duck, and fish, as its fat has already decomposed, making it an essential food for post-illness or pregnancy. As a soup base, it can be used not only for stewing chicken but also as a side dish, enhancing the flavors of vegetables and tofu, making it a generous gift during holidays. Currently, the factory is located in Tainan, and the storefront is in the Taipei South Gate Market.
