Established in 1999, our restaurant initially focused on Hong Kong-style dim sum. We believed that expanding our services would attract more customers, which prompted us to shift our emphasis to stir-fried dishes. Adhering to the principle of low profit margins and high sales volume, we adopted a middle-to-low price strategy. Through the recognition of our numerous customers, we successfully developed our unique style. Our Hong Kong-style dim sum includes Honey Glazed Chicken Feet, Crystal Shrimp Dumplings, and Herbal Fish Maw, while our stir-fried dishes feature popular items such as Matsusaka Pork, Ginger Shredded Intestines, and Diced Chili Longcod.
