Founded in 1999, our restaurant initially focused on Hong Kong-style dim sum. We believed that expanding our service would attract more customers, so we shifted our business to focus on small stir-fried dishes. Adhering to the principle of low profit margin and high sales volume, we adopted a medium to low price range, and through the recognition of many customers, we established our own unique style. Our Hong Kong-style dim sum includes dishes like Honey Chicken Feet, Crystal Shrimp Dumplings, and Herbal Fish Maw, while our small stir-fried dishes, such as Matsusaka Pork, Ginger Shredded Intestines, and Chopped Chili Lingcod, are the most popular.
