Hong Kong Chu Kee Tea Restaurant Introduction
Established in 1999, our restaurant initially focused on Hong Kong-style dim sum. We believed that expanding our services would attract more customers, leading us to shift our focus to small stir-fry dishes. Following the principle of low profit margins for high sales volume, we adopted a mid-low price range, and after gaining recognition from numerous customers, we developed our own style. Our Hong Kong-style dim sum features popular items such as Honey Chicken Feet, Crystal Shrimp Dumplings, and Herbal Fish Maw, while our stir-fry dishes include bestsellers like Matsusaka Pork, Ginger Shredded Intestines, and Chopped Chili Lingcod.
