Hong Kong Zhu Ji Tea House Introduction
This restaurant was established in 1999, initially focusing solely on Hong Kong-style dim sum. Believing that expanding services to customers would lead to growth, the business shifted its focus to small stir-fried dishes. Adhering to the principle of low profit margins for high sales, it adopted a mid to low price range. After gaining recognition from numerous customers, the restaurant developed its own unique style. The Hong Kong-style dim sum includes items such as Honey Chicken Feet, Crystal Shrimp Dumplings, and Herbal Fish Maw, while the most popular stir-fried dishes feature Matsusaka Pork, Ginger Shredded Intestines, and Chopped Chili Dragon Carp.
