Shangfu Snack Shop Introduction
Originally located at the old Dongmen Circle, the restaurant served oil soup since its establishment. It relocated to the side of the wall of Xiaonan and the National Taiwan University of Science and Technology after being demolished in 1968. Regardless of lunch or dinner time, there is always a long line. When asked about the restaurant's specialties, the owner answered directly, "They insist on using fresh pork." The braised pork rib rice and curry rice are priced at 55 TWD, while the lunch set, which is similar to a combo meal, costs 110 TWD and includes a fresh vegetable salad, fried fish, fried shrimp, and fried pork cutlet. In addition to the four signature dishes, there are also three soup options: "Chuanxiong Brain Soup, Pork Rib Soup, and Miso Soup," all of which are definitely worth trying.
