The first-generation settled Xinying paper mill, learned Cantonese cuisine from a young age, and was hired as a chef at a guesthouse. President Yen Chia-kan, General He Yingqin, and Tainan County Magistrate Liu Bowen often designated Mr. Deng as the chef. Later, it changed to selling breakfast, retaining a strong flavor of mainland provincial cuisine. The restaurant insists on generous portions, chewy noodles, and authenticity. Now passed down to the second generation, the quality continues to be affirmed.
