Lao Deng Bun Shop Introduction
The first-generation settled Xinying Paper Factory, having learned Cantonese cuisine since childhood, was hired as a chef at a guesthouse. At that time, President Yen Chia-kan, General He Ying-qin, and Tainan County Magistrate Liu Bo-wen often designated Mr. Deng to be the chef. Later, it started selling breakfast, retaining a strong flavor of the outside province in its dishes, and insisting on generous portions, chewy noodles, and authenticity. Now passed down to the second generation, the quality is still well recognized.
