The "Nine-Layer Cake" is made from pure rice and handcrafted, resulting in a delicate texture that is fragrant and chewy but not sweet. The red bean cake and taro cake are made from glutinous rice mixed with Punglai rice, adding red bean and taro flavors. The varied chewy texture makes people want to have more after their first bite.
