She is someone who understands how to integrate culinary experiences into the dining business, so she first spent considerable effort learning space design and then dedicated herself to mastering cooking skills. With the mindset of a casual dining expert, she opened Jia Wu. Therefore, as you approach Jia Wu, you can see Su Shuhua's thoughtful arrangements everywhere: the wooden sign swaying in the tree shadows, numerous small toys on parallel wooden shelves at the entrance, a wooden bookshelf in the corner, and elegant seating under the trellis, all exuding a simple and natural "home" vibe that allows every diner to feel relaxed and at ease, as if they are dining in their own home restaurant.
