Jia Wu Bistro Introduction
The owner, Su Shu-hua, uses "home" as the core design concept. In early 2004, she chose this tranquil countryside setting to establish "Home House." She is someone who understands how to integrate a gastronomic space into the dining business, so she invested a lot of effort in learning spatial design and then earnestly studied culinary arts, setting up Home House with the mindset of a casual dining expert. As you approach Home House, you can see Su Shu-hua's thoughtful arrangements everywhere—the wooden sign swaying in the gentle tree shadows, small toys on the many parallel wooden shelves at the entrance, a wooden bookshelf tucked in the corner, and elegant seating beneath the pergola. All of these elements exude a simple and natural "home" atmosphere, allowing every diner to feel relaxed and at ease, creating a sense that dining here is as natural as eating in their own home.
