Jia Wu Simple Meal Introduction
The owner, Su Shuhua, has used "home" as the core design concept. In early 2004, she chose this tranquil rural setting to establish "Jiawu." She is someone who understands how to integrate a food space into the dining business, so she first devoted much effort to learning spatial design, then earnestly trained in culinary arts, opening Jiawu with the mindset of a casual dining expert. Approaching Jiawu, one can see Su Shuhua's thoughtful arrangements everywhere: the wooden sign sways in the dappled sunlight, small toys on parallel wooden shelves at the entrance, a wooden bookshelf in the corner, and elegant seating under a trellis, all exuding a simple and natural "home" atmosphere. This allows every diner to feel relaxed and at ease, giving a sense of dining in their own home restaurant.
