A graduate of the business management program at Indiana University of Pennsylvania in the United States, she has experienced various work styles in the U.S., China, and Taipei, understanding the lifestyle that truly fits her personality and expectations. After careful consideration, she decided to quit her job and step towards her ideal future. She aims to use her professional café as a medium to promote various beauties in life to the public. "The entrepreneurial journey is really tough, encountering many obstacles and difficulties, along with the sarcastic remarks from others. I don’t know how many times I have struggled between persistence and giving up." After six years of refinement and perseverance, she has dedicated significant effort to the roasting, extraction, and tasting of coffee. Through online platforms and word of mouth, she accumulated customers and finally opened a physical store in 2016, becoming a place to share coffee with everyone. By hosting lectures, teaching sessions, sharing events, and exhibitions, the café has transformed into a connection of "beauty", encompassing arts, photography, painting, gastronomy, design, as well as flower arrangements, crafts, and education in various fields. By providing delightful coffee and a beautiful space, she actively shares and exchanges the different aspects of beauty and happiness in life. When asked about the items she most wants to share with everyone in the café, hand-brewed coffee and cold drip coffee were the answers that came effortlessly from Wan-Chen. "Because there are many variations and rich layers, drinking it truly feels like happiness!" By enjoying the dry powder aroma of coffee and tasting different expressions of cold and hot drinks, she offers various pleasures and joys in drinking black coffee, showcasing her dedication.
