Ali tea area in Chiayi, processed through a unique tea-making technique, involving 120 hours of repeated roasting and resting, resulting in a low-caffeine health tea. The tea brew is clear and bright, with a golden color, and has a sweet, rich, and smooth taste. One can immediately sense the rich aroma of ripe fruits upon tasting, with a long-lasting aftertaste and a fragrant tea aroma that lingers. The packaging contrasts gray and yellow, where the calm gray signifies resilient will, while the vibrant yellow conveys hope, reflecting aspirations for 2021.
