The owner, Dinosaur, learned the craft of making crispy donuts from his parents, who sold them in Wanhua, Taipei. After retiring and returning to Chiayi, they passed their skills to him. Combining his interest in nostalgic old things, Dinosaur opened his business in this old building on Zhongyi Street. In addition to various flavors of crispy donuts, there are also tea, smoothies, sparkling drinks, and coffee available, with prices ranging from NT$50 to NT$100, making it quite affordable.
