"Fei Fei is my cat, and to commemorate the time she has accompanied me, I named this restaurant after her," says Huang Kaijie, the owner and pastry chef, with a tone full of nostalgia. The original intention for founding the brand was to insist on no additives in his baking, hoping to touch hearts with pure flavors and awaken taste buds with simple ingredients. Though the ingredients we use are top-notch, the prices are very reasonable," Huang Kaijie passionately discusses his best-selling handmade cookies.
